"A life spent well, many peoples defended, but how long will your watch go unended?"

Constable Cragg, (Recurring Main Character) the man in charge of the most restless part of Devil's End, the docks. He's been at this position longer than any other constable has been able to make it here, and it shows. He has a no nonsense personality, and his voice when not yelling is very tired. He treats the goats like kids who always find themselves in trouble, but they remind him of himself when he was younger, so he tries to keep them out of the slammer. He deeply cares for Devil's End and children in particular, but he's so run down with work that at many times he seems cold and authoritative. Of course, unless you annoy him, in which case he seems almost like he's throwing a tantrum.
