Terror at Camp Roanoke
Derek Marr for Sir Walter Raleigh
This character is a real-life, existing figure from history, so feel free to check him out and his history for whatever inspiration you feel you need. I'm imagining him to have a light British accent (or early American accent) as well as a slightly hoity-toity tone since he is, in fact, a captain of a presitious vessel.

A grim discovery has been made this day. After a protracted voyage, bearing much-needed supplies for the hopeful souls who sought to establish a foothold on this Roanoke Isle, we have arrived to find… silence.
A chilling fear gripped my men, and indeed, my own heart. Could this be the work of the native tribes?
There is an ill omen about this place, a sense of lingering horror that chills the very marrow. I dare not linger here longer than necessary
