Project VEIL
Belvichy for Mira (077) [DEADLINE - MAY 30]
Subject 077 — formerly known as Mira — is the result of a catastrophic failure in VEIL’s emotional suppression and memory control experiments. Once an intended prototype for high-functioning emotional suppression assets, Mira’s mind and body have decayed beyond reclamation. She exists now as a fractured, violent echo of her former self, demonstrating extreme mimicry abilities, environmental disruption, and strategic predatory behavior. Despite being classified as “unresponsive” on official documentation, Mira is dangerously aware. She remembers pieces of what was done to her, even if she cannot comprehend it fully — and she acts on those fragments with lethal unpredictability. Subject 077 is considered one of VEIL’s most psychologically destabilizing containment risks, with effects extending beyond physical aggression into environmental manipulation and cognitive disruption of nearby personnel.

(shifting mid-sentence between staff members' tones — imperfect but horribly close) "—Security breach in Section Three—" (sharp, urgent male voice) "Someone, please, help, I can't feel my legs—" (feminine, high-pitched, desperate) "Stand down. Situation under control." (flat, mechanical voice, almost emotionless) (Pause — Mira laughs in a glitching, wet-sounding rasp.)
(crooked, mock-gentle and sing-song at first, voice rotting into something hungrier) "You left the door open. Did you forget? Or did you want me to follow? It's okay. I can be quiet. I can crawl. Don't scream, though. I'll have to sever your vocal chords."
(Voice almost conversational at first — then slipping, repeating, catching on itself — like she doesn’t even know if she’s begging, threatening, or remembering.) "You're standing there like you don't know how this ends. Like you think standing still will keep you safe. It won’t. Come closer. Let it happen."
