Another villain in the series. An awkward photographer's assistant, secretly a serial killer called the Shutterbug, preying on women in the Valley. Very timid in public-- but very manic and prone to outbursts when in the sanctuary of his "Dark Room". (Hint hint-- it's a murder dungeon.)
He's a truly foul character, who butchers women and photographs them, both before and after. Everything to do with his character is basically a horror show, so please be sure you're comfortable with some dark, violent themes going in.
