Carl Clover was a friend of Noel, Tsubaki and Makoto at the military academy, known for being the youngest to be enrolled due to his intelligence. Because his father, Rellius Clover, turned his mother and sister into Living Dolls, Carl seeks revenge and eventually joined the villains in search of a way to save his mother and sister.
