For the first audition line, a matter of fact statement regarding what you sell.
For the second audition line, the player (with the cannibal perk) is asking about whether the store sells two-legged meat. You are quite annoyed at constantly hearing about this rumor and misconception about your store, just because of your heritage with the Leatherjerks.
For the third audition line, the player, who is no longer welcome in the store, has walked in. You are giving a stern and loud warning.

I liked the interpretation of the second round of the audition lines. That being said, audio sounded a bit tinny in quality.
