Hey, I used a voice changer at some parts, and added in a little bit of Asriel in his God of Hyperdeath (I know you didn't ask but just in case.) My skype name is moderndaygamermacho. (If you can't find me, I have like 3 skype accounts, so I'll send you one of the others.)

Though impractical, instead of using a usual recording software, I use Garageband, the music composing software, to record my lines. In the software there is a setting called 'Monster Vocal' which I layered with my normal Flowey to give it his evil sound. For the God of Hyperdeath, I layered a setting called 'Deeper Vocal' with my normal voice.
