One of the masters of time and quite dedicated to her task as well. Wanting to stop the paralysis of the future, she sends Grovyle and the protagonist to the past to prevent the horrific fate of the World of Darkness and see the sun rise once more. She has a not-so-subtle crush on Grovyle and is a bit more bashful around her trusted friends. Celebi has a playful demeanor, but can be serious when she needs to be.

Celebi should sound a bit fairy-like and good-hearted. This means a higher pitch and not seductive. She should be able to sound serious and not laughable when she does so. Determined.
