Beholders/ Forgotten Crusaders
Angour for Othranyir Hopebringer
Othranyir's personality was marked by deep inner conflict, bitterness, and a growing sense of alienation. Initially, he was a principled individual who strongly opposed the involvement of elves in the war against the Orcs, driven by a belief that his people were being misled. His resentment towards the kingdom of Quel'Thalas for their past actions against the Beholders festered over time, leading him down a path of dark resolve.
Othranyir was both stubborn and passionate, unwilling to compromise his beliefs even when they led him into conflict with others. His sense of betrayal by his own people, combined with his inability to reconcile his views with those around him, caused him to spiral into desperation and extremism. In the end, his personality became defined by his willingness to embrace destruction, choosing to die on his own terms while exacting revenge on those he believed had wronged him. His actions were driven by a mix of despair, anger, and a twisted sense of justice, making him a tragic and dangerous figure.
