This character is considered evil but not entirely, they can also be chill to hang out with.

Their character dynamic with Tuna is the funny man (the clown, goof wildcard character) whilst Tuna is the straight man.

For Vivi specifically, think more Ben 10 (Ben 10), Buttercup (Powerpuff Girls), Toph Beifong (Avatar: The Last Airbender) Ice king from adventure time - (later seasons where he's a bit more chill)
