✍️ Writer Description – "Inside & Out" Webseries

We’re looking for a creative, emotionally intelligent writer to join the Inside & Out project—a coming-of-age Webtoon webseries that explores themes of grief, identity, friendship, and mental health through a diverse group of teenagers. The tone blends emotional realism with humor and warmth, and we need someone who can write layered, natural dialogue while handling serious topics with care and authenticity.

• Strong character writing: You should be able to bring out each character’s unique voice, personality, and emotional depth.

• Comfort with tough themes: This story includes topics like loss, depression, self-harm, and LGBTQIA+ identity. We want someone who can write these respectfully and thoughtfully.

• Collaborative spirit: You’ll be working closely with the creator, artist, and voice actors to develop scenes, episodes, and emotional arcs.

• Narrative flow: Ability to structure episodes that balance light and heavy moments, emotional payoffs, and engaging pacing.

Think heartwarming friendships, personal struggles, quiet moments, chaotic volleyball scenes, awkward teen love, and raw, real emotions—all wrapped in a stylized, cartoony Webtoon format. This project is character-driven, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.
