Urbosa is the Gerudo Champion. She is strong, caring and concerned about others, full of courage and anger towards Calamity Ganon. She is like a role model to Zelda and Link and absolutely loves teasing them.

-Try to keep it as close to canon as possible!
-Through her songs, Urbosa expresses her love towards her race and her faith in Link. Her voice is steady and powerful.

  • The night brings a chill. It's probably time we take her in. Or...

  • Please, make it clear so she understands that. Tell her to shed any worries. And let her know... I couldn't be more proud of her.

  • (Sing a high note, a low note and a song of your desire in your character's voice)

To begin with, I can hear a slight echo. Because it's very little, it shouldn't be a problem. I love the way you capture Urbosa's character. I can 'hear a smile' at the "Or..." line which is very neat! I also like how you deliever the second line. I get a caring and mother-like feeling. The high and low notes are okay and you keep up with pitch and tempo while singing. Thanks for auditioning!

Ah thank you for the feedback! I don't know where the echo is coming from, I didn't hear it when I was editing it... as for my range, I can push it farther if that is what you need from me. I am a C3 to a C5 alto.

That's lovely! ^^ One reason the echo might be happening is because of your recording space. If the area is wide open, it sometimes causes that to happen (espescially with good microphones). This can be fixed by moving to another area or putting a blanket over your head and the microphone or putting something behind the microphone. I haven't tried the last one so I can't tell for sure though. Anyway, there is no need for you to re-audition. The echo is a thing that can be fixed easily! ^^

I was actually recording in a very small room... I think that my mic settings were wrong.. but thank you! I'll give those other methods a try

I actually fixed my microphone situation, if you would like me to retry my audition?

Very sorry for not getting back to you earlier, I am currently on vacation and I don't have much time to check things. If you want to, you can record just one line and not re-do the whole audition. If you don't want to, you don't have to! ^^
