It’s just folklore. Stories passed down to keep people from wandering too far into the dark.
The Archive doesn’t make sense. Files appear where they shouldn’t, voices whisper from tapes that were never recorded. And sometimes… sometimes, I hear my own voice saying things I don’t remember.
(frustrated, but trying to stay calm) “Bea, I’m fine. I’m just— I just need to sort through these files. One more night. I’ll be home soon. I promise.”
