Darth Sidious is the Sith Lord, and is the coordinator of the Separatist Leaders and, as Chancellor Palpatine, the head of the Republic Senate.

Sidious will be a recurring character in the Republic Comic Dub series. He can sound similar to his any of his portrayals in Star Wars Media, though specifically like Ian MacDiarmid would be appreciated.

  • “Excellent, Lord Tyrannus.”

  • “The Upstarts wishing to displace you will be
    disgraced when their attack fails.”

  • “And Jedi will die.”

Thank you for your Audition! Very similar to Sam Witwer's Palpatine from the Force Unleashed and Battlefront II.

That's a good take on Ian's emperor , a suggestion would be to try and bring your voice up a bit in volume and try and be more specific in ending words (give the last word more force) Its hard to get it right as there are a number of takes on his voice out there and people are all looking for the voice they remember from Clone Wars or Rebels or a game lol . good work bud Also remember that he's not always talking in a super evil voice, the very first time we ever saw the actual emperor in RoTJ Ian Mc Diarmid had a full range of emotion from evil guy to mocking .

Would you be interested in Auditioning for Quinlan? I had a listen to some of your previous Auditions and I think you have the right sort of voice for Him. I want Quin to speak in a sort of quiet, calm voice but be able to sound scary every now and then. The main thing is to not force your voice. A number of the Auditions for Quin don't sound natural enough.

Sure thing. I can record today and tomorrow. I hope to get something in by Monday if not sooner for you.
