Ko'bari is a Khajiiti seer living near Dawnstar during the events of Fresh Blood. She has the uncanny ability to predict the future and when the Player approaches, before they can say anything, she agrees to join the Dawnguard right away.

Khajiit is named Ko'bari... Your future is dark and murky, as if it has yet to be foretold. How curious...
While this isn't by any means a bad audition - in fact, it's quite good - everything has been set in stone and no changes can be made to Ko'bari's sex. As for adding a new character, nothing is out of the question and I will keep you in mind for future roles. I'm always doing projects, for example, so something will definitely come up eventually.
