One of the six Robot Masters Mega Man faces on his adventure, Cut Man was a robot designed to oversee forestry before being reprogrammed by Dr. Wily. 


Cut Man is a sharp witted and brash individual. Though he can be fairly stubborn sometimes, he s not beyond reasoning with others. He also has tendency for horrible cut-related puns, seriously he'll put your dad to shame with some of these jokes. His voice should be sharp, with a hint of arrogance to it.
