She sound like the Team Fortress 2 Announcer (And yes, I'm going to be using her model) and sound very high class and pompous as if she is a grand admiral.

I'm sorry it not as load or elderly sounding as the TF2 announcer, thought I tried my best going as low as I can with my voice and still have the lines sound good.
