A legendary assassin who helps his brother, the Crane Hermit, in his quest to gather the Dragon Balls, and he proves to be a great challenge for Goku. I'm looking for something sinister, haughty, condescending. Maybe a bit nasally, like something out of an old kung fu movie dub. I'm also open to a deeper voice, so feel free to play around with it.
