NCR Heavy Troopers are the metaphorical baby of General Oliver Lee. Clad in power armor salvaged from the Brotherhood of Steel, they often wield heavy weapons such as miniguns, light machineguns, and incinerators.

This Heavy Trooper is protecting his comrades from a Legion attack, and when they can't decide what to do, he offers to hold the line while they retreat to Camp Forlorn Hope. Reluctantly, they do so. Leaving him behind to fend for himself. He will usually be overrun, but the Player can get involved and save him, in which case he'll have unique dialogue.
