Laplace has a mysterious yet calm demeanor. He does not seem to mind Ayako's brashness and appears to have knowledge of the pocket dimensions and how they operate to some extent. For reasons unknown, he agrees to help Ayako in her journey. Exactly how much does he know of these perplexing worlds? Does he have ulterior motives?
