I know nothing about this project, but I have a general piece of advice: You need to get closer to the mic; you're too far away. Get closer, adjust the recording volume so it doesn't peak or clip, and if you can, get a filter or something to muffle room tone. I can hear you clearly have talent, but to make it shine you need to emphasize your voice, not the room you're in.
