The day I saw her lifeless face was the day I truly fell in love. Although she may have been deceased, her still body laid there flawlessly, her arms spread out like christ himself. I couldn’t keep my eyes from her tiny self, even when she was confiscated by the midwives. My husband sat there sobbing, but those several hours of labor were truly my best moments in life itself.
