Those who speak of him say that he is an unassuming monster with a disposition that is disquieting for anyone who comes in contact with him. There is not an ounce of humanity to be found within him. He is evil given form.

Kojiro's voice is deep, resonant, and eerily calm. It echoes with a low thrum, commanding the room with power and finality. He speaks with a timbre that can only be described as the drawn string of a cello. It's an uncanny melody that gives pause those who hear it. He does not raise his voice. He does not yell, exclaim or anything of the sort. 

His voice carries like the call of Death, coming to collect his due.
