One of the six Robot Masters Mega Man faces on his adventure, Bomb Man was a robot created to revolutionize demolition and excavation practices before being reprogrammed to serve Dr. Wily.  


Bomb Man's personality is just as explosive as the bombs he wields, as such his voice should reflect that. He should sound very aggressive and very explosive, but have all the swagger of an 80's Rockstar.
