Despite being one of Wily's secret robots, Spring Man can be best defined as always jovial, fun and carefree, especially when he's given space to jump really high. However, he's also incredibly lightweight and clumsy being built like a spring, which puts him in a lot of danger even when he's NOT just bouncing for fun. Because of that, he entered with the Surprise Boxer to buy heavy machine parts to keep him from getting hit by any more low ceilings.

Spring Man should absolutely have a voice like that of an excitable, charming and cheeky clown, maybe along the lines of Martin Short for a comparison.
