A police officer who just happens to sound a lot like the Brain from "Pinky and the Brain. This is a fun easter egg/cameo type thing.  Try to get as close to Maurice LaMarche's original delivery as possible.  Have fun with it and show me what you've got!

Yeah, I'll be honest, not my best impression. It's a hard voice to master, haha. Still, hope you get a kick out of it.
