He is the leader of the superhero group called "The Atomics". He's pretty much the stereotypical superhero with the cape who can fly and is super strong with a little shonen protagonist sprinkled in. He can shoot massive beams of colorful energy. His most notable attack is "GALAXY PUNCH". He is very heroic sounding and just a really good guy.
