Harpuia is the leader of the Four Guardians and a key enforcer of Neo Arcadia’s rule. His loyalty to Neo Arcadia is unwavering, and he sees himself as a protector of its ideals. Having been created to serve Neo Arcadia’s vision of order, he is intensely dedicated to ensuring that the government’s oppressive control over Reploids and humans is maintained. Harpuia is a warrior who values strength, discipline, and structure, believing that the only way to maintain peace is through total control.

Though Harpuia often presents himself as cold and unwavering, he is not without inner turmoil. As he grows, his sense of responsibility begins to clash with the harsh realities of his actions. While his loyalty to Neo Arcadia remains strong, he becomes increasingly aware of the suffering and oppression caused by his duty.
