Gary will be a reoccurring minor character throughout the series.  He will sometimes be involved in an episodes plot, but most of his appearances will simply be comical.  He sounds a bit like Shaggy from the old Scooby Doo TV shows.

  • Random guard - "I'm dating this nice redhead chick."
    Gary - "What's her name?"
    Random guard - "Shantelle." 
    Gary - "Oh come on, you can tell me."

  • "Whoa, Lord Zuko, the
    Avatar hasn’t even begun his fire bending training, but he’s already spouting
    supa-hot fire!"

  • "Lord Zuko, when you say “Again”, do you want
    us to throw another fireball, or do you mean we’ll be swimming back to base
    like the last time someone pissed you off?  You
    had us swim back to base last week when we mixed up your uncle’s tea for
    whisky.  We still haven’t seen Dave since
    you threw us all overboard, and…"
