The Legend of Zelda: Dance With Me (Audiodrama)
CarlVFulton for Link (Main Role)
MAIN ROLE
Link is a knight of Hyrule, one of the most--if not *the* most-- skilled knight in the kingdom. While powerful and talented, he is humble and not eager to show off in front of others...unless there's a certain princess around. Though he starts of cordial, professional, and soft spoken with the princess, treating her as any other royalty, the more he spends time with her the more his fun and boisterous personality starts to show. He becomes jokey and flirty, but gets awkward very quickly when the princess returns his jokes and flirting right back at him.
Expected Line Count: 1,120 Lines

Line 1: (Soft spoken, but has an instructor-like tone. Ready to teach. Very knightly.) "You’ll start with five laps around the training yard. You’re not here to learn how to fight, you’re here to learn how to defend yourself and stay alive. Running will always be your first, and best, option. So, you’re going to build up your stamina, and you’re going to jog. I am going to observe as you do so, for I have been knighted and have already done all of this."
Line 2: (Still a softer type of voice, but now is playful. Relaxed. Teasing, but has an air of confidence to him )"You being here at all will cause gossip. Ten rupees says even if you leave now or if you stayed for a bit— because you were smiling when you came in— some of them probably think we’re doing… uh… sordid activities in here. One of those idiots will walk by to see if they can hear anything. Wait for it. The rest aren’t as stupid as to think we’d actually have…a rendezvous in a common bunk room in the middle of the packed barracks, but there’s always the one..."
Line 3: (Very relaxed. Clearly in love with Zelda, and knows it's mutual. Very playful, flirtatious.) "So! Our training will be in the ballroom today. You’re familiar with a waltz, right? A Galliard, Tourdion, La volta, Gavotte, Quadrille? Well, sword fighting is nothing more than a dance. So…dance with me, Zelda."
I have high availability that thing I thought would happen in April that would open up my schedule more is happening way sooner.
What a good audition! I like the softness you gave him, yet he can sure get energetic like when he announces they'll be in the ballroom! Great work, I love the audition!
