Charlie is a Brotherhood of steel scribe who contacts Dead company in attempts to hire them. His voice should sound like a man who is extremely tired with his life, not monotone but close. He gives off the vibe that the brotherhood controls everything he says like a puppet. He's calm collected and above all else, trained to do whatever the Brotherhood says. His robotic like tone should be the first thing you notice about him. He is not depressed he is simply whipped by the brotherhood to be a good little soldier.
[Agitated at the start] Anyway! The Brotherhood would send out a vertibird to collect valuable tech left behind from the wreckage, but the wreck happened so close to the “Sanctuary” settlement, if we were to send a bird out there, it would seem too intrusive, and we don’t want to send that message to the settlers.
*Sigh* Outcast, can we have this discussion in private?
The box sends out a small unique radiowave that only instruments the brotherhood have can pick up. We scanned the area that the bird last visited and those radio waves were recorded. This tells us the box is still at the crash site.
