Venti also known as the Archon Barbatos is the instructor of the Musical Arts department at Teyvat University, he is often found to be a very laidback instructor and can often be considered the laziest of the lot compared to his fellow archons.
He has a very distinct Italian accent, despite being one of the oldest living archons he has a rather youthful sounding voice and outlook.

You want to know about Celestia? It is not a place I would go even if the Heavenly Principles itself were to invite me, the water tastes foul and the fruit is bland. Why would I go there when the mortal world has such clean water and fresh fruits?
Freedom means nothing to some if it's demanded of you by a god, I wanted to be hands off when Mondstadt was formed because that was the right thing to do. A nation ruled by a god simply becomes reliant on that god and I want my people to be guided by their own path of right and wrong, to let them be free to make their own decisions. That is why I chose to not rule Mondstadt.
Music is the freest form of art, tunes are free to flow like the wind through the fields of dandelions.
