Tsugumi treats Kirisaki almost like a goddess, adhering to her every need and being fiercely protective of her. Although Tsugumi is actually a girl, she tends to cross-dress a lot. For this role, you'll need to sound a bit feminine, but also a bit manly. Boys and girls are welcome to audition for this role.

Seishirō Tsugumi (鶫 誠士郎, Tsugumi Seishirō) is a hitwoman who was raised and trained by Claude of the Bee Hive Gang. Tsugumi is originally introduced as a male student who transfers to Chitoge's class, and has orders to protect her from Raku, whom she thinks he forced Chitoge into having a relationship with him.
Tsugumi, although considered a side character in both the manga and anime, has several chapters and episodes dedicated to the development of her relationship with Raku.

Tsugumi: (Suprised and delighted once she is reunited with Kirisaki) Mistress! It's been so long, Mistress!
Tsugumi: (Angry at first, but starts to whine loudly near the end as she yells at Raku) I don't get it. Why would Young Miss fall for a guy like this...? Even if she had to be deceived, I just don't see the slightest attraction when it comes to this guy. So spineless... so superficial.... I mean, to be honest, I'm absolutely sure I love Young Miss more!
