The Moonjumper is a moon cosmic-like puppeteer who is trapped within the horizon and is friends with Beta. In this Comic the Moonjumper try to reason with Hat Kid and find a loophole within the Snatcher's Contract. They seem very polite, well mannered, and consider Hat Kid a new friend of theirs. However it might appear that Moonjumper might be hiding a secret... too bad it's still kept secret unfortunately.
The Moonjumper was a scrapped character from A Hat in Time and would've been one the three main antagonist of Chapter 3 who would compete with Queen Vanessa and Snatcher on ruling the Subcon Forest.
They do not have any voice in the game, so go wild and be creative with the voice! :D
