This crazy fool is a major heat score. Blacklist gave him the name "Taz". He hates cops and they hate him. Watch yourself around this guy. He prowls the streets of Rosewood looking for newbies.
Given that description, I'd absolutely paint him as a Powertrip Guy, who just really likes striking down others. Imagining a bit of a deeper, menacing Voice for him that sounds a little psycho. But as always, your own take is appreciated.

I think your Voicetone is not bad at all! But the emotional range falls a little flat here, don't be shy to go all out with him. Taz can use a little Emotion. Unhinged is something to get used to tho, so no pressure. :)Thank you for your time and effort!
