Nagase is the flamboyant brother to Sojuro Toki, the Ultimate Gardener. He is also extremely clingy to his brother. He never leaves his side, depending on him for most things.

Nagase is extremely emotional and gets stressed easily. He will also get extremely upset and feel unsafe if his brother isn't nearby.
However, he asks a lot of questions and is a good improviser. 
As mentioned earlier, Nagase is flamboyant and his voice is just a tad bit high.
