Monokuma is a stuffed bear. He's the one that's forcing them all to kill each other, and get away with it. His motives are unclear, but he's most certainly the Antagonist. His voice is... Well, Monokuma! High pitched and laid back, but with an undertone of malice.

  • Upupupupu... This is your captain speaking! would everyone please gather on the North Deck? I'd like to introduce myself!

  • Sorry to keep you all waiting! I'm sure you all are very anxious to see who your captain is! And... Here I am! I... Am... Monokuma!
