Halley's Comet [IMAGE] (art not final) Is a motherly and warm Comet covered in Ice. While she respects the Solar-Comet Blockade that keeps Comets from killing Asteroids and Planets and locks them away in the Kuiper Belt, she still finds time to carefully visit some Planets and the Solar Halls in order to appease Inner Orbit and Outer Orbit relationships. This is all under the nose of Comet Encke, who believes Halley's is on Her Side, not the side of the Sun. In essence, Halley's Comet is a Double Agent, but she cares deeply for the Solar System and doesn't want to see anyone die, but she can't bring herself to betray her fellow Comets either.

DEMO LINES:

(Happy to see the person she's talking to, but a bit chastising) “By the time I’m close to Saturn, almost all of my ice comes back. You’d know that if you’d— you know… left Kuiper once in a while.”

(Trying to reason with someone who can't be reasoned with, but she still loves them) “Look, Encke, I’m not a fan of skirting the Oort Cloud either, but the Solar Law doesn’t prohibit us from visiting–” (abrupt cut off/can add a pained/choked/ voice or sigh.)
