Personality: Cocky and overly self-confident. Mysterious, tactile, and always a few steps ahead. Bothered by everyone, as he sees them as a waste of time. Deep voice, akin to Alarak from Starcraft 2 (excluding the whispering audio effect).

Background: Oatis is a commanding officer of the Junkers faction, but also believes he is much better than his fellow allies. His cocky attitude and demeaning vocabulary often make him frustrating to work with, but he always gets what he desires. He’s tactile and clever, with mysterious intent.

Other Info: This character is an original character, but the voice and attitude should generally match the energy of Alarak. Voice examples will be of Alarak (just as a reference point), but feel free to give your own take/spin on it.
