In a society that is split by species, hybrids are the most looked down upon. Hichtors life has not been easy or kind to him and this has caused him to become a fear stricken mess half the time. Though to his credit, he does try to his team out when he can, it's clear there's some deep rooted trust issues that take some time to shake. 

Hichtor's voice is meant to almost always have that edge of fear to it.
