Mayor McBeaver is a side character within Hothead Hank! He is, obviously, the mayor of the swamp that Hank lives in. Mayor McBeaver catches Hank, and asks him if he can take care of the current issue at hand (they don't care about him enough to want to protect him). It takes a little bit, but after offering some money, Hank goes on his way. The mayor is upbeat, caring and warm. He isn't the BEST at being the mayor, but he's trying his best.
