Ryoko is obsessed with dragons to the point she somewhat tries to embody one. She handcrafted her dragon mask and wings that she never takes off in front of anyone. She acts animalistic and can be very high energy at times. She likes almost everyone she meets, but if she doesn't like someone, she will make it known. She can act bratty and mean but also extremely nice. She tends to have mood swings that can happen at a moment's notice. Ryoko is a little crazy, obsessive, and psychotic. She oftentimes doesn't take things seriously and jokes around instead. She was always described as a "wild child" by everyone around her growing up. 

Voice notes: androgynous and possibly a rasp to it. Very enthusiastic and excitable. Honestly, I could see her with a lot of different voices, so feel free to try anything out!
