Barashitara is The Tojitendo Commander who leads the mooks during their attack. He’s evil in theory but spends most of the episode confused and frustrated by the Zenkaigers’ dysfunction.

Voice Requirements: Medium to low range. Gruff and commanding but with frequent shifts to exasperation.

Frustrated and baffled by the Zenkaigers’ lack of coordination.

Attempts to maintain authority but often gives up out of sheer confusion.
