Kagamine Len V2 APPEND, codename O-Len, is a well known variety show host. He is, as his title suggests "forever fourteen". O-Len projects himself as a whimsy, charismatic host.

His voice is every bit the stereotypical TV announcer. Medium pitch. He is incredibly dramatic, showy, and full of surprises. Off camera, O-Len is a hard working boss with an image to sell. His charm doesn't go away off camera, but he definitely appears a lot more sly.
