A tall, messy brown-haired and tan boy with green eyes. Jasper Bailey is a mysterious character in Necklace Of Attraction. He's 17 years old, North's first friend at the Academia, however mysteriously goes missing after the first day. Then again, Jasper is one of the recommendation students at the school. The entrance exam was practically a tryout to him, so North doesn't think so much about it. This character becomes relatively more important in Season 4, his character only appears in Season 1, Episode 1 and doesn't show up until Season 3 is done. (VOICE RANGE: MEDIUM-HIGH)
