Note: Kevin only appears in a handful of crossover comics that we have found for HSR, but we are casting him now because his HSR counterpart Phainon is likely to have much more content in the future when Amphoreus is released. There is a lot to this character's HI3 version, but given that HI3 is not the focus of our dubs, we have only included what we feel is likely to carry over to their HSR counterpart.

In Honkai Impact 3rd, Kevin Kaslana is the leader of the Thirteen Flamechasers and World Serpent. Revered as a great hero of legend, Kevin's goal is to rid the world of the Honkai once and for all, though when he eventually becomes leader of World Serpent, his methods become significantly more ruthless. Still, he sincerely believes that everything he does is in humanity's best interests and cares deeply for his comrades, though he rarely shows this affection outwardly-besides trying to shoulder everything himself.

Voice type: cold, jaded medium-low masc voice. Speak as if you carry a heavy burden (but not edgy, the distinction is important). Potential voice reference: Gnosis' JP voice from Arknights.
