Ralius Hermenedes is a Centurion in the Imperial Legion. When approached, the Player can ask for aid in the defense of Bruma, in which case he will state that the High Chancellor of the Empire has denied that aid be sent - but will state that nothing is stopping him from sending troops up there for a "special assignment", and that if the attack happens to happen while they're there, they would have no choice but to defend the city.
