She has huge... Nah, I'm just kidding. She's just physically massive. 

She runs the whole hospital with a "hand" in every operation, and so when she is sick, the whole place falls apart. 

She's very sweet and has a warm and inviting voice that puts you at ease-- Or intimidates you, depending on how you feel about her gigantic presence. She doesn't care about a person's past and will treat them regardless, though one may receive a lecture if they're being destructive. 

She is very loyal to her grumpy husband, and often tries to keep him thinking positive, though she may just be using it as an excuse to ignore her own feelings of confinement. Her and her husband, a doctor, are both trapped inside the hospital walls and therefore can only immerse themselves in their work.
