XR, the Experimental Ranger, was created by the little green men to serve as a partner for Buzz. However, after an accident, his personality ended up becoming jumbled. He is now sassy and sarcastic, and quite a bit silly! Despite his often snide remarks, he holds a soft spot for Commander Nebula, whom he considers to be his dad.
Though he is a robot, his voice is NOT monotone!
