Joeanne for Binah
Binah is the patron librarian of the Floor of Philosophy. She was the Arbiter that attacked the old L Corp, ultimately delivering a mutual kill with Kali before the two were reborn. Binah has softened a bit since the events of Lobotomy Corporation, though she is by no means a good person; while she's very polite and reasonable to most, she can be quite sinister... if you can understand her through her long-winded philosophical musings.
For this role, I'm looking for a low voice with a wise, elegant tone to it. Binah should always sound like she knows what's going on, and being able to deliver her grandiose speeches with an undertone of sadism is key to the character. Worth noting - if you're interested in this role, there will be a role later down the line that is VERY similar to her, so keep an eye out for that!

[Gently chastising Roland.] "You appear to be under the impression that the City stole your ordinary and humble happiness. Have you never inflicted pain upon others or taken anything from them, then?"
[Arguing with Chesed over tea being better than coffee.] "It is quite a shame to know that such is the pitiable hill you choose to die on. Perhaps your tongue has been paralyzed by the overbearingly thick, strong flavor and scent."
